Heather Marshall is a lawyer based in York Region, just north of Toronto, Ontario, primarily serving clients in Vaughan, Markham and Toronto.

Heather obtained her Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007. While in law school, Heather was awarded the Dominic Carinci Memorial Prize for achievement in Real Estate and Business Associations. Heather was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2008 after articling at a downtown firm. Prior to opening her own practice, Heather worked at a mid-sized full service firm in North York and a large downtown firm. Heather is the co-author of a book chapter in the leading text Shopping Centre Leases (2nd Edition). Heather has spoken at estate planning seminars and regularly attends continuing professional development courses. 

 

In 2019, Heather completed the Osgoode Professional Development Intensive Program in Wills and Estates.

Heather lives in Thornhill with her husband, two children and dog.
